We’re Jo and Alex – and fun fact, we actually met through Taekwondo. What began as a project to help grow Alex’s Taekwondo business (and bring in more clients) quickly turned into something bigger. We saw how the right website could take away the stress, make things easier, and genuinely help a business grow. That spark led us to launch Ninja Designs in 2023.
Jo is the creative force behind our designs, turning your ideas into websites that are intuitive, welcoming, and built to work for your clients. Alex takes care of the process, guiding you from start to finish so everything feels simple, supportive, and stress-free.

Jo Worthington – Web Designer
I’m Jo, the creative behind Ninja Designs. With over 15 years’ experience in fashion, photography, and web design, I’ve learned how to turn ideas into websites that feel clear, approachable, and completely you. I love taking what feels overwhelming and transforming it into a site that’s ready to grow with your business.
Think of me as your design partner, bringing focus, flow, and a touch of creativity to your online presence. Websites are about connection, clarity, and giving people the confidence to share what they do. I’ll be with you every step of the way, making the process feel easy, collaborative, and even a little fun.
Alex Overy – Sales & Client Support
I’m Alex and I’ve always enjoyed working with people and businesses. My background in sales taught me how important it is to listen, understand, and build genuine connections.
Outside of work, martial arts has been a lifelong passion of mine. What started as training led me to running a Taekwondo club that grew from just a few students to hundreds of members. That experience showed me the value of dedication, consistency, and being visible when you’re building something you care about.
Since 2023 I’ve been working with Jo at Ninja Designs, guiding clients through the process and making sure their websites feel clear, supportive, and built to help their business grow.
